Recently, in the 3D printing experiment at Elbot, the precision detection of a transparent thin sheet sample was successfully completed. The laboratory personnel used Guanglu digital calipers to measure the samples. The data showed that the key dimensional accuracy reached 0.03mm, meeting the preset fine printing standards.

This inspection utilized digital calipers to visually present the size parameters of 3D printed samples, verifying the feasibility of 3D printing technology in the production of fine models. It provided practical references for the control of size accuracy in subsequent product development and also demonstrated the potential of 3D printing in the production of personalized and high-precision samples, which is expected to promote its application expansion in more industry scenarios.
