    ProX 100 Dental
    • Detail

    ProX 100 Dental (dental)
ProX™ 100 dental system is specially designed for dental laboratories. It uses direct metal powder sintering technology to quickly manufacture dental prostheses.
3D Systems is well-known for the reliability and repeatability of laser sintering technology. The ProX series equipment is the design result of direct metal sintering (DMS) and metal 3D printing after 10 years of research and development.
The ProX 100 system is the smallest device in the ProX metal printing 3D printing system, with a modeling size of 100mm x 100mm x 80mm.
The ProX 100 system is designed for people who want to manufacture small and complex parts at high speed and high quality through direct metal sintering (DMS) technology. The material assembly consists of manual loading of materials and an optional external recycling station. The materials are safe and harmless. The materials supported by the system include Maraging 1.2709, Stainless 17-4PH, Ti6Al4V, AlSi12.
Direct metal 3D printers are still applied in areas including: custom dentures, bone implants, tire molds, watch manufacturing, aerospace accessories, etc. In addition, this system can also be used to manufacture conformal tools, mold fixture parts and inserts and blow mold production.
All 3D Systems DMS printers are accurately compatible with EN ISO 2768 (fine) manufacturing limits, and all three heads can print repeatedly at 20 cm. Our direct metal printer can manufacture high-purity, fully dense metal and ceramic parts. The printing powder is extremely fine powder with a diameter of 6-9 microns. Printing materials include stainless steel, tool steel, super alloys, non-ferrous alloys, precious metals and alumina. The system's high-precision, complete, reliable, and repeatable excellent performance quality, as well as more than 15 selectable materials, make these industrial advanced printing equipment favored by many manufacturers.
Fully functional metal parts can be printed in a few hours
    • High precision laser melting patent certification
    • Higher productivity, repeatability and flexibility
    • Materials include various metals and alloys
    • Unrestricted design and free manufacturing
    • Efficient material and energy management
    Patented direct metal 3D printer
Direct metal mass production 3D printing meets industry standards. And strive to make users satisfied:
    • Robust manufacturing work platform
    • Patented powder layering system guarantees excellent quality
    • Higher surface finish and resolution
    • Accuracy and repeatability
    • Fully dense parts with good mechanical properties
    • High-speed printing speed
    Manufacturing process:
The direct metal program can produce fully dense, high-purity metal parts layer by layer from 3D CAD data using extremely fine molten powder through a laser beam.
The thickness of the printing layer is 5-30 microns, and there are no restrictions on the complexity of the parts.
The direct metal mass production 3D printer produced by 3D Systems supports a minimum particle diameter of 5 microns, which can print parts with higher precision, surface finish and functional detail resolution.
