XY laser is updated to GALVO (galvanometer) laser, laser power is increased from the original 5W to 30w, printing speed is also increased to 10-14mm/Hr, printing time is shortened, thereby reducing the powder refresh rate. Completed within 24Hrs, full stock printing is almost no more than 30Hrs.

          CPS (Continuous Printing System) Contact the printing system function, you can automatically raise the powder bed at the end of a printing task, remove the printing module post-processing, you can synchronize the next printing task. NILS480 is easy to install and operate, the whole installation and commissioning of the new machine only takes half a day, and the equipment only needs to be connected to the compressed air and power supply (some PA powder needs to provide nitrogen); Equipment maintenance costs are very low, each cleaning to reprint 15 minutes is enough time, almost no need to replace parts; The device starts working as simple as clicking the Start button.
