Dr. Tracy has more than 37 years of aerospace experience and has worked at Boeing Served as chief technology officer and senior vice president in engineering, operations, and technology departments. He has also published more than 40 publications on structural mechanics, aircraft structure, intelligent structure and aging aircraft. He has received multiple awards and accolades from the Hispanic community, including being awarded the 2006 Latin Engineer Award.
